Bare your soul in writing. Pay no mind to what others think or feel. That’s advice to myself. I’m taking it again and again.
It’s important to write how you feel or in some way express your feelings because if you don’t, your body will find a way to make a statement in the form of sickness. It’s called stress.
I don’t know about other people, but writing actually heals my body! It’s cathartic. It keeps me from making rash decisions based on raw emotion. It doesn’t matter where I am or how dire my situation appears to be. Writing keeps me sane.
